Lorraine and Cassandra had exceptional customer service while working with my grandmother. Both were incredibly attentive, patient, and respectful of her very specific hair preferences. They took the time to make sure every detail of her cut was just right, and it showed. She left with a smile and a style she truly loved.
The shop is in a very convenient location, and the team was incredibly thoughtful in accommodating my grandmother’s limited mobility. Their kindness made the entire visit more comfortable, and it’s one of many reasons we’ll definitely be back.
