I've been coming here for years and I have not had one bad experience until recently. I recently went in and asked for a A-line bob which means the hair is long in the front and short in the back I told her I did not want the blonde in the front of my hair short. I told her I did not want bangs. On July 12th 2024, I went in for a haircut. She seems pretty excited that I was going from pretty long hair to a drastic cut. This haircut has always been my go-to after growing my hair out for some time. And this is the salon I go to. As she was cutting my hair she was brushing the front of my hair towards the back and cutting it at the same time as she was looking around the room she seemed bored. There was also a customer in the chair next to me who had a lot of color getting done in her hair and she seemed more worried about helping her co-worker getting that client's hair done then my hair. She was also talking about how she wanted to get her co-workers husband to bring them food. Not once was she ever talking to me about my hair and not once did she listen to anything I said. I didn't get her name but the only two women that were working that day was a lady who had a bow at the top of her station(not the lady who did my hair) and a Hispanic or Islander lady. She is the only one who does the payroll the only reason why I know that is because they were gossiping at the fact that they have no management at the moment and they were laughing at the fact that nobody would step up to do it and the only thing she would do is do payroll so people can get paid. So if I were to call and complain to somebody there is no management right now to hear my complaint. I've been trying to call the salon to either get a refund or to have somebody fix my hair but nobody will answer the phone so I am having to resort to go to a different salon and I'm having to get my haircut even shorter to fix the hack job she did. One year ago I gave this place a five-star rating and a very good review I have now deleted it and gave this place a one-star review. The lack of attention, the gossiping about other co-workers and their religions was crazy but they were bashing people in front of customers and the lack of customer care was completely outrageous and honestly I don't know why I tipped her $15. Honestly this place is not worth it anymore.

kolleen has been cutting my hair for years. When I want to try a new style she gets it right. My perms always turn out perfect. I wouldn't think of changing to another salon or another person.

Took my son in for a haircut. Two employees were sitting there talking and asked if he had an appointment. I said no does he need one? They both seemed irritated and said they close at 5:00. It was 4:10. They seemed very put off that we were there. She said she would cut his hair but I said no never mind. I felt very unwelcome and did not want her touching him at that point. We left and went to Hair Masters. Great experience at Hair Masters.

No appointment needed. It's currently the go to hang out and drive paying customers away because of all the homeless.

The girls were so friendly and my daughter absolutely loved her haircut. After some bad experiences it was nice to finally leave a salon without her being in tears. Definitely recommend!Service: Haircut
