I hade to change dentists due to insurance coverage changes, and picked Tacoma Family Dental based only on the facts that they were close and contracted with my insurance. The atmosphere in the clinic was so warm and inviting! Staff were cheerful, thorough and considerate.
I am so grateful that the Universe (God, whatever) put this business in my path.
UPDATE: here it is a year later and I'm still extremely satisfied with this business and the staff. I especially appreciate the way they keep appointments on time!
This is such a wonderful dental care establishment. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming, the dental staff are so caring and warm too. The Dentist is very professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing dental care and a magnificent experience.
Best dental clinic ever! I began visiting this clinic 22 years ago and was impressed from the start. I have never been to a medical office so welcoming and warm. The kids and I felt extremely cared for, to point where my three year old, (who I dragged on my leg through the front door, certain he was in for pure torture), looked forward to going to the back! I put off visiting them for several years, life changes, Covid, etc. Went today for the first time in a long time and the same amazing staff was still there! Dr. Song is extremely knowledgeable.
