Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the right equipment for our project. As a business owner, we are constantly looking for vendors that fit our supply needs and it's a HUGE bonus when the customer service is exemplary. We called for a piece of equipment that wasn't available the weekend we needed it and the rep went the extra mile to check other stores for availability, offer an alternate piece of equipment that would suit our needs, and offer to drive to the property to assess - further bettering his recommendation. You definitely don't see customer service like that everyday. Highly recommend this business for your equipment rental needs.
