Great place. Helpful workers. But you do have to know what you're talking about or you'll really waste their time. Not for the casual shopper rolling in to check things out

I'm only a hobbyist woodworker, but from my perspective, AWI offers a massive selection of wood products at competitive prices. Every person I've met in the office or in the warehouse has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

Still the best sales rep I've dealt with. Also whenever I call the local warehouse I can get any questions answered on the same call (no waiting for a call back) they must have a great system to get me stock availability, lead time, sheet stock weight, EXT. On the fly
