Third call: This time, when I turned on my kitchen tap, the under-counter LED lights went dark. Water and electrical current do not play well together, so I taped everything down and called Spartan. And, oh, yes, by the way, something under the sink had been dripping brown liquid onto my dish drainer. Josh and Chris came to the rescue! In addition to replacing my leaking trap, they found that the plug for the LED lights, located under the sink! had gotten loose. So, nothing dire. They worked efficiently and tidied up afterward. Very pleased with Spartan's service.

UPDATE: I believe it is important to update my original review based on the company's response to my concerns. After I posted my review, Jeff, the manager, personally contacted me regarding my experience. He was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic about how my service call was handled. Jeff explained that company policy requires customers to be informed of service charges before any work is performed and acknowledged that this did not happen in my case. He stated that he addressed the matter with the employee involved to help ensure it does not happen again. Most importantly, Jeff took immediate steps to make the situation right... read full review

Really great plumbing company to deal with. They didn't try to upsell me on an expensive new water heater when I called them out, they just fixed the minor electrical glitch on my current unit and left. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable rates. 5 stars all the way.
