I took my kiddos (20 & 13) for their first piercings, older one for earlobes and the younger for earlobes and a mid helix. Everyone in the shop was very helpful and kind, just a happy energy all around. Our piercer, Yita, was an absolute rockstar from her time and attention to making sure placement marks were exactly where they wanted them and her skill with the needle to her awesome sense of humor and bubbly personality that made the whole experience great. We were having such a great time that I ended up getting my upper lobes done too and we made it a whole family event. ? Very thoughtful and clear after instructions and very clean and professional. Absolutely love the girls there beyond amazing Got My Nose Done there smiles and kindness definitely made me feel welcomed ? ? Yita Pierced my nose talked to me thru the whole process it was beyond amazing thank you all definitely coming back very very soon ? ?Thank you ladies???

Yita was so encouraging and positive, and she made the whole experience fun! The other two staff were also extremely helpful and nice; Aspen helped me choose the piercing, and the tattoo artist was nice as well.
