During the worst time in our lives, John was there and helped us through the cremation process with kind sincerity and professionalism. My children escorted their father to the crematorium and were able to stay with him right up until he was placed inside. Certificates and everything moved along faster than we expected. John, you are appreciated. Our sadness and sorrow remains deep, but we thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.
