The roof doctor arrived very quickly. Sealed the damage in the roof and were very professional in their approach. The work crew handling the repair were quick and efficient and once the weather allowed, finished the work in one day. The power to the garage did not reset and they responded quickly to the situation and it was reestablished in less than 8 hours.

We have used Roof Doctor on multiple properties now, and they will continue to be our go-to for our roofing needs in the future. They are always on time and work efficiently, the workers ensure the job site is clean at the end of the day. I emailed for a roof cleaning, the called and scheduled a date. Contractor came out took pictures and said he’d get back to us, as he had to run because another customer had a tree on his roof. I have not heard a word! We called and I have emailed multiple times but nothing. I’m not sure why they wasted my time.

They were fast and fixed a couple of other small issues at no extra charge. I appreciated that they educated me on the issue and gave me my options for repairing my roof. They communicated with me during the fix with updates as needed. I also felt that the cost was a good value since I've had bids for this sort of thing in the past and for what they did they seemed to be perfectly fair.

An excellent job done. We got three different quotes and the Roof Doctor beat the other two by a goodly amount of money. David Cha brought us an estimate and we picked out the roofing color. He was very polite and answered our questions. The crew roofed the Bremerton house in record time and cleaned up. It looks great.
