The professionalism of the staff is 2nd to none. they truly take you needs into account all the time and make you feel comfortable while there getting treatment. They have taken me thru back and shoulder surgery , listening to my needs and I have never felt like they were treating me for just a payment. You are there biggest concern and want you to be at your best.
The doctor was excellent I felt totally at ease and comfortable. The doctor was knowledgeable and reassuring. He was also quite humorous. The front office service was efficient . Overall it was a great visit I was extremely satisfied being it was only my second visit. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
I couldn't add another review and had to edit the original. I, again, just wanted to share how wonderful the staff and doctors are. I mistakenly thought I had an appointment at 8 am with Dr. Mike but they don't see patients until 9 am. I was let in anyway and Dr. Mike came out to the lobby to greet me and informed me it wasn't until the late afternoon. He did accommodate my mistake and saw me anyway. I have been coming to this place for 14 years. Dr. Mike, other chiropractors and massage therapists there, have been instrumental in my care, through many injuries, to include a t-bone car accident.
