My car broke down during rush hour. I called a few towing companies to compare rates. Ready Set Tow was the most reasonable out of all the the towing companies. So I went with them. 2 weeks later my same car broke down again and I automatically called Ready Set Tow again. Their receptionist who took my call went out of her way to make sure I was, and my car was safe. She even send a truck out to tow my car to the side of the busy road till the flatbed came. Also their tow truck driver are very professional and courteous.
Lucas towed my truck and I couldn’t be more happier with how professional he was a the great service he showed and the price was very reasonable.Thanks Ready Set Tow for a great towing experience
Good work, poor customer service. Towing was very fast and the driver was great. He informed me that they also scrap vehicles, so I called back today to ask about it. The woman I spoke to said she knew nothing about it and I would need to call back when someone else was working.
