Mike was great! Friendly, helpful, and informative, he diagnosed my HVAC issue quickly and explained it clearly, then ran through the range of options for repairing or replacing my unit. The price was reasonable and Mike was punctual, showing up within the first ten minutes of my scheduled window. I’ll feel comfortable engaging Ranger Heating & Cooling, and Mike in particular, for future services when the need arises.

Bahjah McLeod is a fantastic technician. Arrived at beginning of the appointment window and was done before the appointment window ended. Plus Bahjah was friendly, knowledgeable, and has a very trustworthy demeanor. He did our annual furnace & ac service. We added a flush for our water heater. I’m glad Ranger has added that service. Great customer service experience. Highly recommend.

Jean and Josh Lee know EXACTLY what is needed to install an AC and furnace properly. They did an exceptionally professional job. I had another company improperly install both a month ago and it was a nightmare. Ranger sent these two and I couldn't be happier. I can now rest and relax knowing the equipment is properly working. The office staff and all involved were attentive and they all reminded me of what great service means. Thank you all!!!
