A company is not just measured on what happens when everything goes right, but also how they react when things don’t go as planned. To say they’ve exceeded my expectations when it comes to both is an understatement. Customer service is the name of the game at Ranger and it’s why I’ve worked with them install a heat pump and air cleaner, maintain my system since day one in my house, and keep us cool, warm, and happy.

Our two story house did not have A/C when we purchased it and we have heated floors for the down stairs and had wall heaters for the upstairs. David came over and spent several hours with us talking about all of the possible options to make us comfortable both upstairs and downstairs. We settled on a ductless system downstairs and a full thermostat upstairs. We thought the price was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the equipment the install and their warranty. Install crew was great, they were at my house for 3 days and they kept our house so clean we didn't even know they were there.
