Summer provided top tier consultation as we scoped our window replacement project for our home. From the 90 minute home visit where I learned about the different windows, their performance, and style options to the showroom visit where we saw the full scale mockups and honed in on the design details to get an accurate quote. Summer is low pressure, very experienced, and a clear communicator. While we ultimately didn’t go with Pella for our window project, the experience was very good and I’d purposefully reach out to Summer for any new window project in the future.

Love my replacement windows: half my old ones had mechanical issues. Low SHGC made a big difference this last little heat wave: my neighbors put aluminum foil in their windows and I don't have to now.
Also had a bit of a mistake in ordering the replacements for one of the windows where the cross pieces in the glass weren't the right count, and their rep Summer followed up and made it right even though it was my mistake without me even asking. Folks who go out of their way to do the job right are exactly what I'm looking for in contractors and these folks did a great job.
