Drew from OrePac came out to our home today to replace two exterior doors.
Drew was very helpful, put a lot of thought into how to make everything work, was professional, very personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards!

Had as unusual installation of a front door that did not go well the first time. Drew, from OrePac, came out and looked at the first install, got the proper measurements, re-ordered the door and installed it today. Everything went perfect. The door looks great and all the unique features work properly. Truly was an install that the company and Drew cared about and did it with exceptional professionalism.
Very pleased with the OrePac service technician! Our door arrived and we noticed that it had been set with 5/8 hinge corners instead of the needed 1/4 hinge corners. Drew arrived and fixed it, and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only did he do a great job correcting the door, he also hung it and provided a door sweep free of charge. He also installed the door hardware, which is way beyond the scope of the service call. This guy is a rockstar! Thank you Drew!
