I’ve been working with Opti Staffing for over a year now and been very happy with the candidates they’ve provided me. Kendra and her team are quick to respond when help is needed. I have partnered with Opti for several years, they know the type of candidate I prefer and only send me the best for my industry (Aerospace). I do work with other agencies, but 90% of my staff has come from Opti, Kendra Heard and her team are hands down the best in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

Working with Kendra has been great! I was hesitant to speak with her since I’m currently working and didn’t want to jeopardize my current position. My job is great but doesn’t have everything on my “wish” list and I don’t have the time to look at the job boards every day. This was the biggest reason I decided to put myself out there. I have specific wants and she took the time to meet with me to ensure we had a good understanding of what my “wish” list is and what it would take for me to consider making a change. It’s great knowing that I have someone who is seeking out what I want, while keeping my name and resume confidential.
