I was fortunate enough to be able to use Damn's computer expertise twice on two different machines. He did an excellent job, fixed my malfunctions, and sent me away with good operating systems, and a smile on my face, and very reasonable use of my pocketbook. His dad was a Hoot at the front desk. No joke, their website guarantees satisfaction, and that's what I got from the guys at Octopus Bytes. This well worn PC needed a major tune-up and that's exactly what it got from Damon & crew. I had one glitch that I discovered when I got it home and began perusing the new apps. Damon put on board. I phoned them and explained the problem, took it back and it was handled in 10 minutes, no extra charge or fee, on the spot! This here 'puter ain't been this fast since brand new, and I was so impressed with the clean up program from iObit, that I signed up for a year's subscription, for only $14.95.
