Our Cafe induction cooktop unit went out of warranty the month prior and GE was not honoring the request for repair. Mr. Appliance investigated, repaired and provided a narrative write-up to help us present our case that this was a manufacturers defect case. Mr. Appliance communicates clearly and is easy to schedule. They are now our go to phone call for appliance issues.
Great service! Mark fixed my 28-year old garage refrigerator that had been leaking water onto the floor, due to ice build up in the freezer side. He ordered the part, a defrost heater, installed it, and it works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company. Also, very reasonably priced.
Easy to schedule service and find a time that worked for me. Technician was on time (early!) and communicated well in advance of a home visit. Tech was courteous and thorough, explained the fix and gave me some tips for the future. If I have other issues with appliances, I would call them again.
