Full roof replacement - Mears had very good reviews and I understood why from the moment Ben came to inspect my roof. He was never pushy, just gave me factual information about the roof and answered all my questions. The estimate was very reasonable.
There were no surprises - I had a very old roof and Mears told me that there could be some wood rot or ship lap (there was but glad to have been prepared for this).
I received excellent communication from the office before, during and after completion of the job.

Recently had Mears replace our roof & had a great experience with them. Had two prior bids (one that didn’t respond to questions/ghosted & another that had to decline due to injury, 2nd one then referred us on to Mears. Bid scheduling was easy, communication throughout the whole process was amazing. Got bid back to us very quickly. They were able to do the job soon. Pricing was fair & reasonable. Roofing crew did a great job on the actual roof & gutters- they were respectful of our property (plants & such) & did a good job with clean up. Everyone was polite & easy to work with. Bottom line upfront… Go with Mears roofing. I did due diligence and researched 20+ roofing companies. I took the top six and had them come over for estimates. Mears was head and shoulders above all the others. The other roofers sent salesman out. Mears showed up and spoke to me not as a salesman, but as a craftsman telling me exactly what I needed for my roof, and more importantly, what I did not need. Leona and Ericka, Mears operational staff, worked with me and were flexible on timing my roof replacement, to include gutters and skylight.
