After multiple interviews with other firms, John answered our questions and gave us ideas we didn't even think about, and all at no charge. It didn't matter if we chose him or not, he told us what we could do and not do with our site, he did quite a bit of work up front. He referred us to contractors and shared interior designers. During the design of our house we worked with his timelines and thankfully we ended up with a team that built our dream home. My in-laws and a coworker have had the same experience. We would highly recommend Johns services.
