This massage was the single best massage I’ve ever had. I was in town playing g golf and was VERY sore and had knots everywhere and she was so intentional to find the spots I needed help and then work on them. I feel often massage therapists have a routine they do, and there was no routine here. I’ve never walked out of a massage feeling better!
Honestly, might have been the best massage I've ever had! I was in serious pain and could barely move, and needed an emergency massage. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and I had an all-around amazing experience. If she took my insurance I'd be going all the time! 10/10, highly recommend!
Rio is a really excellent massage therapist! She has the skill to provide both a super relaxing experience and help get at tough areas with lots of tension. I always leave feeling better than when I came in and i like that she can recommend good stretches to keep the muscles open in the days following the massage!
