I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Mark. I needed a battery replaced in my MacBook and he seemed as though he was well qualified for the job. It appeared it was going to be a smooth and affordable option.Once I dropped the MacBook off I was expecting 1-2 days and when I was notified of a complication and that it would take several days to get a cable that got damaged during the repair I was not happy but I tried to be understanding.When I dropped the computer off I made it clear that this was my life and my business required this computer to operate. He honestly did not seem to show any concern for this need I had.Well the 2 day repair turned into a month and a lot more money than I had anticipated. He ended up installing a new keyboard assembly which included a new battery and all the items needed. See the keyboard and trackpad stopped working and so it became my expense for his mistake.Now my right side USB-C ports don't work, and many of the keys on the right side of the keyboard are not working properly.I left a VM asking for him to call and tell me what we do next, but after several days he has not cared enough to call me. I have no confidence in his ability to make things right.Do yourself a favor and go to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. This has been a terrible experience and it has cost me a lot of time and money. I am left with a computer that does not function as it did and I am pretty pissed off to say the least.

Keep delaying. Keep saying waiting on part and don’t even know when it gonna be done. Unprofessional service. He charged what he can’t fix and said it was initial fix. Clearly, he didn’t fix and tried to hold back.

I took my Mac apart and saw that he did not do the work that he had claimed he did. Charged me over $200+ Very unhappy. Looking for a new place. I believe he was #Dishonest with me.
