Evan gave us a tour of the facility and it was amazing. He really helped us make sure we saw everything that the gym has to offer, the big and little things. We really enjoyed seeing the gym and we loved and appreciated all of Evan’s help!

Evan at LA Fitness was absolutely incredible. From the moment my girlfriend and I came in, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was how personable and genuine he was. You can tell Evan actually cares about the people he’s helping and wants them to have the best experience possible. Customer service like his is honestly hard to find, and he made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable for both of us.

Evan gave me a thorough tour of the facility. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful facility, really excited about the sauna and pool. Was much less busy and well-maintained than the gym I used to go to.
