Vivian was SO knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process for both tooth gems and permanent jewelry. She talked with me the whole time, informing me what step she was on and what I would be experiencing. As an Orthodontist Technician - she could see fillings I’ve had done in the past, and showed me where the glue would adhere vs where it wouldn’t. I was unsure of placement at first, and she happily took it off and restarted the process to ensure I was 1000% happy with my new smile. Vivian clearly knows what she’s doing - I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!
