Wonderful disposition, took the time to talk to me about bait traps. Checked my wooden deck for carpenter ants, and knocked down spider webs. Attentive ….. well versed with customer service.

John came at the end of his day and gave extra effort to help sort out our Ant issue. He was very knowledgeable and listened well to our concerns. He was well informed and came up with a great effective strategy to help us.
