Absolutely love this shop! Jeff is incredibly talented and an easy person to talk to. He made me and my fiancé feel at ease. We were there for about three hours total between the two of our tattoos. The shop was very clean and all the artists were friendly.

My husband was recently tattooed by Mike. This tattoo was really important to us as it was a survivor tattoo. I knew there could be some complications and problems due to his thin skin and blood thinners. We got approval from the doctor on Mike's advice. Took in a photo of what we were looking for and Mike agreed to do it. On the day of our first appointment he went over his recommendations for placement and adjustment, our color choices and was very thoughtful. We had long discussions about my husbands issues with skin bruising, the need to take is slow and made recommendations to have several sessions due to the those issues and the need for additional sessions. Mike was really great to work with, he was so patient and answered a million questions, maybe more. He worked gently on really sensitive skin, and prevented the anticipated bruising. Set us up for followup appointments to do more shading. My husband is so happy he shows every stranger he meets his tattoo of his brain explosion.

Mike does beautiful work but overall I would not go back/recommend to anyone else (at least for a pet portrait or design you want in a particular way). I got my first tattoo from here and maybe it was my bad for not knowing enough before hand but it was definitely not a great place for a first timer. All the staff are friendly enough but all throughout the process of emailing my idea, matching me with an artist, and getting me on the waitlist no one mentioned a consult or offered for me to talk to Mike directly. Because of that I showed up expecting him to do the draw while I was there but that wasn't the case. He had done it already based off a picture I had emailed (which I had sent for color reference) and it didn't turn out how I wanted at all. I regret not speaking up more but he made it feel like I wasn't allowed to or that I was inconveniencing him. Bottom line, he isn't very flexible and doesn't really listen to what you as a client want.

Brett was awesome and highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to get a tattoo. Fantastic artist. I have been bit by the tattoo bug. Looking to start a sleeve next year

I was referred to Katie at House of Tattoo by a customer of mine that had some very nice Pacific Northwest Tribal sleevework. I had a bad tattoo and was interested in covering it, as well as maybe getting some of the Tribal work also. Katie did an amazing job with the cover up. You can no longer tell that there was a horrible mess there. She nailed it, and I had to have more. Since then I've seen Katie regularly for my own sleevework. She continues to impress me every time I go, and her work is worth every penny; period. Plus she's way cool and makes me laugh. I am so happy/thankful/blessed/lucky to have found House of Tattoo! All the staff there make me feel comfortable every time I go. Theres is always some hilarious banter happening, which really helps to relax things. Everything is always clean and dialed-in when I go, and they always play good music. It's a place I look forward to visiting. A hundred thousand thanks to all the terrific people at H.O.T.
