This was one of the only local clinics open on Presidents' Day. I went right at 9am and was seen immediately, diagnosed and sent home with a prescription. The receptionist and nurses were all quick, professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely go back!
In and out in 30 minutes. I had an issue with my eye, and they were very thorough. They were all very professional. People are ridiculous; sometimes you might have to wait for a long time at an urgent care! If it is a true emergency, go to the ER. I think this place is great.
Front staff/check in was fine. Wait times are long and the doctor gave me an incorrect diagnosis. Caused a delay in treatment as well as an expensive trip at another facility.Whoever does billing is doing so incorrectly. When you try to get it sorted out they continue to send bills then say they will send to collections.
