I came in with no appointment late in the day for an oil change. Kit greeted me the minute I walked in the door, gave me great service, and got my car in for the oil change immediately. Great service!

I had a fantastic experience with Brent and the team at Firestone! They provided top-notch service, and I was extremely satisfied with how everything was handled. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner, even if they only had one technician. Brent and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. The manager (Brent Fisher) at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was my 1st time at this brand new location. I had a nail in my rear tire. He saved me $200.00 on my new tires. I was beyond thrilled. I mentioned to him about a sound that was coming from my rear axle and he knew exactly what it was. It was remedied when I left at no additional charge. Nissan wanted $199.00 just to diagnose it, I know they knew what it was already. I appreciate Brent and his excellent customer service. This location is my car care place from now on. Thank you!??
