Ms. Powell is a real fighter for the underdog and she plays to win. She doesn’t charge you beyond your budget, and she is very reasonable, and a tough litigator. She took my case to get my rental deposit back and she fought tooth and nail for 8 months for her to get me my deposit back. She knows her stuff and she is very empathetic. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s more than worth it

I have not even retained Elizabeth Powell... YET. She is an amazing, responsive and educated lawyer. She gave my wife and I a roadmap to get repairs done on our rental ASAP from a not so responsive landlord. She outlined exactly what steps to take and when. She even proof read the notification letter that was written to the landlord. She did all of this on the first phone call with her. I knew right away I was dealing with a pro, and strongly urge you to consider her services as well. I know I will from now on.
