Even though I booked 2 weeks prior to service, I was told there were no town car's available (only 4 passengers) and all they had was a limo, at a much higher fee. I was assured after paying for the booking I would get an email with itinerary and receipt of payment. It took email and 2 phone calls to get the receipt and copy of itinerary. The driver did not seem to know we were stopping to pick the other passengers up and asked us for the address for drop off for the event we were attending. I would not recommend this car service.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I coughed up $650+gratuity for this complete waste of a business. A birthday party for my son and friends... they didn't show up on time and when I called, they said that they had confused the pickup time I had scheduled with what was supposed to be the dropoff time. Fatuous apologies on the phone at that point and then they said they'd be an hour late. Showed up 1:10 after the scheduled time with a different limo than I had booked, older, obviously rode hard for a long time, missing door pulls, radio knobs, etc. Driver was courteous enough, but the website is full of fine print and hidden charges.
