After a horrible experience somewhere else which resulted in me walking out crying, I went to this walk in clinic today and received excellent care. The receptionist, MA and Doctor Puett were amazing. Doctor Puett was so nice and answered all my questions and was able to provide answers and treatment for me. I was scared coming in based on my horrible experience at another place but I’m glad I was able to come in to this place. Everyone was so nice and overall amazing. I will be referring this clinic to friends and will come back when needed. Thank you!

I arrived to the community health care prompt care with an undiagnosed case of shingles.The medical staff there are very well trained and they handled my emergency very well, all the way from intake to final release.It really was very time efficient for the emergency.The Doctor who saw me was very caring and professional and diagnosed me within 1 minute.Thank you all for caring for me the way did.I'm grateful.Daniel

Worst clinic ever, no one knows how to do their job and they can’t even send a prescription correctly and god forbid the front desk does anything to help. I will NOT be returning.

I consistently have positive experiences at this location, conveniently close to my home. It's my go-to for scheduling dentist appointments or visiting a walk-in clinic. The majority of the staff is friendly, and although I had one negative encounter, I believe they provide top-notch care overall.

Fine docs, convenient lab, but not every department seems well organized. A real people's clinic. With lots of services and concerned with helping patients financially.

Don't go to them for emergency dental they won't do anything they'll refer you to a place where you can't get seen for 3 months still pain rating a 8...9... and $1,000 a tooth to fix forget that just pull them out yourself

Went in today for my mom and Dr.Douglas Aguirre was horrible. He came in yelling at my mom saying “She’s not dying, she is fine. Does she want to go to a hospital and get injected?” How he treated my mom was not professional and horrible, I was upset how he treated my mom. He still acted the same when he came in until he left the room. Honestly would not recommend going if that doctor is going to treat you.

First, it took about three months, just to even get service started. I didn't get the mental health services that I was looking for. I was simply looking to get a referral so I could get a mental health diagnosis and when I called Good Samartian about the referral, nobody knew what I was talking about. I also had a pre-existing skin condition that I was trying to get checked out with through the dermatology department and dr .Eloy Alibin , explain to me why he couldn't refer me to the dermatologist department because he said that skin condition would have to be going for multiple years, I try to explain to him that I've been dealing this for five years and he just told me that if he didn't like my recommendation that I could just go to another doctor. It's crazy that I really waited two months for this type of service.

After reading some reviews I was hesitant on going. But I had excellent care from everyone. The wait time was as expected for a walk in urgent care clinic. I waited 40 mins to be seen and a total of 1 1/2 hours total and that's with getting my prescription also. Would completely recommend to anyone.
