They used to be good but now you just feel like you are part of an assembly line of patients. I had dental work done. Dr gave me shots, went to next chair did the same and so on fire like 3or4 chairs. It went that way through the whole appointment, I guess we were all there for the same thing. Also the new dentist lays you really far back so your head is very low. When I requested to not do this because it makes me nauseous to have my head lower than my feet she said no, we'll just take breaks.

Norma is an exceptional dental hygienist! She is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. She is gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. Thanks to her excellent care, my teeth always feel incredibly clean and healthy and it’s safe to say I’m typically pretty picky. I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Smith . He really took time to get my teeth exactly as I wanted them, even more beautiful than I expected. . What a great job. The Staff was amazing too. I scheduled a new patient appointment for an implant consultation the very end of March for an 8:30am appointment for today, April 29. On April 27th, I received a text that they would be short staffed today and I offered to reschedule. They said no, itβs no problem.
When I checked in for my appointment, I said again I was happy to reschedule as they were short staffed. Again, was told it wasnβt a problem. 40 min after my scheduled appointment time I was asked to reschedule for May 20th.
I have my degree in medical office management and have always worked in the dental field. I was also going to be paying cash which speaks for itself in a dental office. Iβm very disappointed in the front office staff for telling me twice that the staffing issue wasnβt a problem when I was more than willing to reschedule. Instead, I sat for 40 min and was then asked to come back May 20th which I declined. A poorly run front office directly affects the Implant Dentist and his back office team.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Smith. I needed extractions and some pretty large fillings, and I was honestly nervous going in-but everything went so smoothly. He was gentle, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was surprised at how little pain I had, both during and after the procedures. The whole team was professional and reassuring. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about patient comfort

I was really nervous going into it, but he took the time to reassure me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Very frustrating experience at comfort dental. Came in for my biannual check up which was scheduled over half a year ago and was told they do not have me on their schedule. Was then told the next available appointment at my requested time was in half a year.

Iβve been going here for 10 years and itβs getting worse, they donβt have time for their patients, it feels greedy. They need to stop accepting new clients for awhile and take care of their existing patients. Iβm having short term health problems so I tried to reschedule, they donβt have time to see me for almost six months and Iβm a long time patient. They infrequently send in the dentist for an exam, just try to get away with a teeth cleaning, makes me question if they are still charging insurance for the same amount. I will be seeking a new dentist that makes time for their patients.
