Liz cleaned all the carpets in an older home prior to a new move-in. It took several hours because those carpets were in terrible shape. They look amazing now, though! Many thanks for a job well done! Highly recommended!

I called Genesis Carpet Cleaning to request a deep clean in my brother's carpet that has pet destruction. Jeff is very pleasant. He's honest and transparent and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I am happy with the quality of work he did and basically just needed to be able to suffer this carpet long enough until we renovate this house.
