First time here and first time getting my hair done professionally. I wanted a warm brown with some Caramel highlights and balayage. I had my hair done by Keliana and she took her time and did everything I asked for! She’s very friendly. I absolutely love my hair. I can’t thank her enough! Casey is the best! She cut my teenage son's curly hair. She was incredibly attentive and patient, making sure to listen to what he wanted. Her skill with curls is fantastic—she knew exactly how to shape and layer his hair to enhance its natural bounce and texture. My son was comfortable throughout the process, and he left feeling himself, if you have a teenage boy you know lol:). She is full of knowledge and made sure my son and I left knowing how to properly style his hair. Cannot recommend Casey enough!

It was my first time meeting Marci today to get my hair colored and cut. She is super kind and made me feel very comfortable. She is a true artist so rest easy while she transforms your hair. I am in love with how my hair came out. The final result exceeded all of my expectations! I’ll definitely see you again Marci - Thanks so much :)
The salon is gorgeous and well kept. There is ample access to free parking right out front, which is awesome. My absolute favorite salon in Tacoma!

Over the years I have found it very hard to find the stylist that can blend the highlights I want in my hair with such exactness. It matches my skin tone and I don't have to come in so often for maintenance since the root area blends well with the remainder of the highlights. Lisa Kelly is skilled at her profession and was incredibly courteous. I wouldn't hesitate too long to book with her because I can see her being one of those stylist that's booked out for weeks.
