I have been working with Brad since 2016 he has done almost 80% of every buyer inspection I have been present at. Not only do my clients absolutely love him but he has always done a thorough job. He is always on time professional courteous and eager to do whatever the buyer needs. He also has the best prices in town and I have never waited more than 24 hours for my inspection report to be in my hand. Brad is my absolute Favorite Inspector to work with! He is very cost effective and with over 9,000 home inspections under his belt, he knows his stuff! Brad isn't the kind of guy to scare Buyers away, just make them aware of the true condition of the home.
