Josh did a fabulous job reviewing my complicated older home that had had several remodels done. I’m very confident in his ability to be detail-oriented and find major problems. I would definitely hire him again for a home inspection. His report was also very quick and he verbally ran through the whole thing with me and left me time for questions and made sure I understood what was said.

Josh at Site Tech is wonderfully thorough, timely and super helpful. I received my report same day and it was filled with important information about my home in addition to any defects that were found.
