We used site tech on our brand new house for our 1 year warranty inspection. They found things I would have never even thought of that should have been corrected in the first place by the builder. I would definitely recommend!

Reviews
I cannot recommend them highly enough! Super nice folks that are very easy to work with. Josh truly goes over and beyond on everything I ask of him!
Josh is absolutely incredible at what he does! He completed a home inspection for us, and we were blown away by how thorough and detailed he was. He took the time to look over everything and made sure we fully understood what he found.
We were so impressed with his work that we hired him for a second inspection on another home. After experiencing his professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness, we wouldn’t consider using anyone else for future home purchases.
