Alacrity was fantastic! This was a pre-purchase inspection on a single family home for my buyers (I'm a real estate agent). My regular inspector was not available on short notice so I reached out to John having met him at a different listing. He was on site the next morning before 8:00 am and started on the outside before I or the buyers arrived. We were really under some pressure because offers were due at 12:00 and I so appreciated John showing up extra early to make sure that we would be successful.
