Im not gonna lie…. I was pretty out of shape when I first started here and I def had no idea what I was doing. It’s been a few months and not only have a lost quite a bit of weight, but I’ve gained so much muscle! The staff are all really fun and helpful people… I cannot say enough about this place. If you’re on the fence about trying it out, don’t be! I wish I would have signed up sooner ?

This place is awesome. HANDS DOWN the best customer service and training you can get. sadly it didn't work out for me because I myself couldn't afford it and have major life issues but the trainers whenever I was in the neighborhood would always check make sure I 'am ok. Sarah is one of the best people you will ever have the chance of knowing trust me

This is the place to get the very best workout in all of tacoma. It's a fun place you want to come to as opposed to feeling like you have to go workout. Great experience highly recommend!
