The receptionist was very kind and inviting, and Dr Stillwell had an amazing sense of humor and a vast knowledge of what he was doing. My specific purpose for going to Heritage was because of an issue with my left hip that has been ongoing for almost 3 years. I could not sit for long periods, I was unable to stand without the help of others. I went to multiple chiropractors to help easy my pain and none of them were able to. I was then referred to Heritage and I was so upset that it took me so long to find them. Dr Stillwell was able to get my hip into place the very first visit, and in my second visit, adjusted my ribs so well that I was able to take a full breath in I can’t remember the last time I was able to do that!!! “I just started seeing Dana less then a week ago! I don't know what I would be doing if it wasn't for them. I am a 32 yr old male who has been moving and having lots of stress from moving as well as depression. I went to my doctor and realized I had gained 60 pounds or more in the last year. I had never been over weight before that so I was absolutely shocked and guilt stricken. I came home and was in a sad fog until I decided I needed to do something so I was actually calling looking for phentermine (an artificial amphetamine to curb appetite.) luckily Dana explained no she doesn't do phentermine normally (for health reasons. It is dangerous unless really needed.) but she did explain a nutrition program combined with HCG and Keto diet. Well I ate enormous amounts of food. Never less then 2 sandwiches a meal, even whole pizzas, or just non stop binge eating. It's been 4-5 days since i have had my first HCG shot with b 12 and I am successfully in ketosis and down a few pounds already! You really can lose pounds per day and I look forward to posting my before and after a here soon! No joke my stomach and face already look slimmer and less puffy. This is a life change. Not a "diet" Let's keep this short but Dana has responded at the quickest possible times to sneer questions and concerns I had while getting on the diet. Oh and lastly. So as I said I was eating rediculous binges but I have had barely any craving and it's manageable and they seem to be going away now that I'm in ketosis. This diet is too easy.
