“I graduated today, September 26, 2024 with great success after having a total knee replacement on May 20, 2024! Before the surgery, I was able to get set up for an intake interview with the PT I had requested, Kelly Osborne, and got set up on the schedule starting 3 days after the surgery for a period of 3 months so I knew ahead of time what my schedule would be and who I would be working with at each appointment. Timely electronic appointment reminders requested confirmation, and the check-in process was very smooth and easy, with friendly faces and greetings by the admin staff upon arrival, and who were ready to assist with any requests I had. All insurance billing and communications is handled smoothly and efficiently with no claims issues/problems to deal with. I requested and was assigned to Kelly Osborne and worked most closely with her and her invaluable teammate, Dolores; but also occasionally with Denise and Charlene. Supporting them were the hardworking, caring and delightful Aides, Shelby, Taylor, and Yasmin. These are all top-notch, knowledgeable, caring professionals who helped me through the toughest of times, and saw me through to a successful outcome. When my progress began to wane, and I was regressing on the amount of bend I had achieved, I was encouraged to see my surgeon. As a result, I had a manual manipulation of the knee (under anesthesia) on August 19th, which was a great success, and allowed me to resume progress toward knee bend and recovery. With this additional medical treatment, I was strongly encouraged to (and insurance supported ) attend PT daily, and I did so over 3 weeks, which was a tremendous boost to my recovery. Over these 3 weeks, progress was steady, and encouragement and support by Kelly and her team was invaluable. I can't thank them enough for helping me get to the point where I can once again resume my active lifestyle. I know where I will turn when and if I am ever in need of further Physical Therapy! In particular Gina Devito, DPT and Christine Fernandez, LMP. Gina addressed my shoulder pain using targeted manual therapy and active rehab exercises. She also provided me with home-care instruction, stretches, and exercises to help speed recovery. After just a few (5+) visits, I am finally back to my goal 100% mobility and pain free. Gina has a wonderful demeanor and is down-to-earth in explaining her techniques. The entire professional staff are outstanding and totally friendly.

That being said, the saw the new guy and his name is Jake. This Jake is the same person from State Farm. Just kidding. He is was pretty cool and we connected immediately and we talked about sports so I get my mind off from the pain I have been experiencing recently. He gave a few more exercises to do at home. He was great from the beginning. I went back to grab more appointments with him.“
