“From start to finish a good experience. This is a sleeper business. When we walked through the strip mall front door we were met with a well lighted and well stocked display of flooring and tile options. Carmel was informative and not pushy. They were liberal with samples to allow us to make a decision that fits our style. Once we gave a go decision the carpet was ordered and installed in less than 2 weeks. Install went well and the installers answered all questions and assisted in helping us set up the house again. I’m not sure how competitive pricing is but I know service and this was great service.“
