Overpriced, over regulated, unreasonable over stepping management company.
$1100 for a 1bd apt. No view, no balconies, and no parking. fees upon fees!! Also, if any 1 person comes over more than 7 nights in a month, they require them to be on the lease. Meaning if you have a partner, they can not spend the night more than 7x in 1 month.
Process to rent is overreach.
Note: I did not rent from them, just spoke/met with them and considered renting from them. Found a place downtown. Parking & wifi included, far less expensive, with less over reach and more bang for my buck.
My suggestion? Keep looking. There are far better opportunities available....read full review
