I booked a 75 minute spa service assuming I’d be getting a 75 minute spa service. I was early for my appointment, and taken back at my correct time. I instead got a 60 minute service with what I’m told includes a 15 minute “buffer” for room prep and potential extra “extractions” that are included in the service.

As someone who is a small business owner in the community I’m very upfront about my services and what’s included. This needs to be updated in your service menu if you’re not actually offering 75 minutes of spa services. Room prep shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to pay for. I’m sincerely disappointed in how this was handled as this was a treat for myself during a very hard time, and simply not worth the price tag for your “extra 15 minute buffer” for your staff.“

The owner Standish is a sweetheart, I was unsure about getting lash extensions done because of unpleasant previous experience. Melissa spent time letting me explain what was going on, what kinds of sensations I was having, and where the worst spots were. Then she worked me over with an intense focused massage, including ice and some breath work. She had given me a great all over massage before, but this one was special. “Update:I just wanted to post an update on my review since my first was three years ago. Kayla continues to astonish me, both with her wisdom and insight as well as her talent and energy. I've now had a couple of facials and more lash lifts, eyebrow tints, and facial waxing. I want to point out that I've never had a wax like hers. She's so careful and attentive. Instead of one big blob of wax across each side of my stash, she carefully waxes with small pieces to follow the direction of hair growth. The difference is amazing, I never break out from her waxes, and the hair doesn't break. It pulls from the root, so it grows back slower and finer. And it doesn't hurt!I enjoy her services so much. My experience was incredible!I rarely get to treat myself like this and when I do, I'm usually hoping for a quiet experience but here I ended up chatting Kaylaa's ear off the whole time. She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable and hearing her insight was fascinating. But honestly she mostly just listened and invited the silence when I finally stopped talking.I got a mani and pedi and a lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint. Her work is phenomenal, amazing attention to detail. The environment in the spa is warm and inviting and cozy. I had such a wonderful time and left feeling revived and relaxed. My gel polish legit lasted for 3 weeks before chipping and I'm hard on my hands. my lash lift is just starting to shed and it's been like 6 weeks. Such an incredible experience.“
