Terrible service and then when I didn't show up for my appointment but I did call in to cancel they still sent me a $40 charge and then it went to collections cuz I refuse to pay it cuz they didn't do anything for me. Also the doctor there was very rude to me.

EMERGENCY EYE GLASS PROBLEM! Long story short....broke my "real" glasses and found my broken "backup" glasses from 2016. Wearing Rite-Aid readers for 2 days and couldn't see a ding-dang thing! Took the old lenses up to the Shadle Wal- Mart on Sunday and Miss Jean, the magician, was actually able to find the same frame and just popped those lens puppies right in there ! I could see again! (Thank you, St. Lucy). WOW. She was a total professional and took her time remedying the problem and never made me feel like the DA that I am. Great service. See her on purpose...you'll be in good hands. Thanks,Jean. .

The new optometrist there as of February 2019 is wonderful. I think her name is Jones. She helped me with a problem that no other doctors have been able to solve for some reason. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful I found her.
