Pointed out every detail that may come up when purchasing a home. down to the nails in the roof! (3 nails needed sealing).

If you need someone who is going to help you learn what to expect from an appraisal, Walker construction is the way to go!

Took detailed photos with a breakdown of what is Satisfactory or marginal. Very satisfied with the service I was provided as it helped Me with the repair negotiations.

Walker Home Inspection Service was awesome!! They were very thorough & went through the inspection report in detail, the inspection report contained detail pictures & descriptions of issues with the home, they found several items that were in need of repair which saved us a lot of cost out of our pocket since seller had to fix. I would definitely recommend Walker Home Inspection Service!
