Full disclosure...hate this process of donating because I'm a big baby about needles in my veins, BUT, having to donate, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here and request Rachel! She is the best!!! She make the process super smooth and as comfortable as possible! Kudos, Rachel!!! Stay away from the CDA location...you will not get treated nearly as well!

As a regular donor at Vitalant, I want to give a special thank you to the incredible team who assisted me during my Power Red Donation on 5/15/2026. The entire experience was seamless and welcoming from start to finish. Angie was amazing and kind during check-in; she was very quick and efficiently got me rescheduled right as I arrived. Hailee then took me back to the booth; she was incredibly pleasant and explained the entire process perfectly. Alex Kinnear handled the needle stick flawlessly, kept me comfortable, and was wonderful to chat with about our shared travel experiences in Japan. From such beautifully happy, knowledgeable and kind staff to perfectly clear communication throughout the process (first time donor at Vitalant here), I couldn’t have asked for a better experience donating! I’m actually excited to go back, see more art and eat some delicious snacks in good company while helping those who need it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, thank you to everyone for an experience that exceeded expectations!
