Very kind and knowledgeable staff, they stay in touch with the MD. They make sure you understand how to do the home program. They listen when something is causing pain and figure out why.

I take my family members here their insurance is covered the care and to be perfectly honest I kind of hope that I hurt myself so that I can start going here because these guys are amazing

I highly recommend U District PT, especially for new moms. I saw Riki after my second baby for pelvic floor physical therapy and had an amazing experience. I learned so much about the pelvic floor and how to properly strengthen it. Riki is so kind, explains things in a very easy to understand way, and has a great balance of pushing you while boosting your confidence. She is also very responsive to emails and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need in between visits.
