I was going through a really difficult time and it was very hard to find a therapist that actually had availability and took my insurance. Not many places here take apple health and I couldn't pay out of pocket, but the therapists here were able to get me an appointment and I got to use my insurance, yay! I love my counselor and have really felt like my life has gotten more manageable. EMDR really helped reprocess some trauma things in my past and I would highly recommend this place.

I've been chasing my mental health for quite a while with many practices and Courtney Callaway was the first therapist to actually help me. Courtney is making a huge difference in my mental health, helping me do things I never thought I could. She's been very open minded and not judgemental whatsoever. She does whatever it takes to get someone to be able to open up to her. She's shown me that CBT can help people.
