I had the most incredible experience today! Julie helped measure and fit me for my compression garments, and she made the entire process so enjoyable. She truly has a heart for caring for people, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment and left feeling well cared for.

The care shop save the day. I am a coordinator by profession and I was first dealing with norco medical supplier, which asked me to jump through hoops because they thought insurance wouldn't cover the CPAP. I had insurance approval and doctor authorization to override 5 year renewal. My patients condition was 5 times the average and only company showed compassion for the patients then worrying about the dollar was the careshop. Tashina the coordinator for the shop, heard struggles and actually listen to what our needs. She gave the only on order for the shop. They gave us a better deal then expected.
