Jackie was my hair stylist and she made me feel very well taken care of. I came in wanting to switch from red to a blonde and she was showing me my hair at the moment and why I should stay with red only because of how the color looked but she didn't make me feel bad or guilty or anything, she simply just showed me what would be best and now my hair looks beautifully. Even toned red and smells amazing and I am now feeling beautiful! I highly recommen this hair salon
Woman who helped me was burnt out and did not have the complimentary hot napkins to give because she was too busy to get them ready. She didnt even mention them until i asked at the end of my visit. The company needs to get coverage somehow for their stores because it was sad to see such poor customer service due to overworked employees.
Although I'd scheduled an appointment on-line and arrived early, Jackie was available and was able to trim my hair without a wait time. Friendly and courteous, I was pleased with the cut she gave my hair. Thanks again, Jackie.
