I've been to the 29th St location twice, and both times Abby has provided a phenomenal cut. I told her the look I was going for (professional), gave her info about where my hair does funny swirls, and asked her to use her experience to make my hair look the best she can given the circumstances.
I've left the store both times feeling confident, and there most recent cut looks so much better than anything I could have possibly directed her to do.
She's an amazing stylist and super kind to boot, I'll definitely be waiting in line to see her next time!
I've been going to this Great clips salon for the last 4 years and I will continue as long as stylist Natalia works there. Finally found a stylist that provides outstanding customer service as well as a fantastic haircut each and every time. In the past when Natalia has not been available I have had other stylists at the salon cut my hair. But Not to the same level of satisfaction of how my haircut turned out.
The salon is always clean, the entire staff is always friendly and my stylist always provides outstanding customer service.
